Run, Carroll, Run!  My baby sister ran a very hilly 26.2 miles in the Seattle Rock-n-Roll Marathon in June 2009. She rocked!

Even more impressive, though, with considerable help from my other sister, Louise, she raised $53,462.15 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She was the top national fundraiser of the 1400+ Team In Training folks who participated in the Seattle event. Simply incredible!

A humble thank you to all the good folks who supported both Carroll and me through Team In Training!  No wimps—you all rock!
