After reading chapters 2 and 3 in the 16th edition of our Technical Communication textbook, complete General Project 2 at the end of chapter 3 (p. 57, begins with "2. Think about some change you would like to see on your campus or at work").

Three written pieces to submit for this assignment:

a) Fill out a carefully-developed Audience and Use Profile form such as the one in Figure 2.7 and Figure 3.5 in our text, or you might download and use this Sample Audience and Use Profile document.

b) Write a memo of 1.5-2 pages to the appropriate audience (your choice), taking particular care to anticipate and address likely audience questions such as those noted in bullet points on the assignment.

c) Write a brief explanation (150-200 words) of how your consideration of the document's purpose, audience, and context influenced specific choices you made in crafting the memo.

Combine the three documents into a single MS Word (no PDFs, please), and submit it to the Individual project 1 dropbox in D2L.
